"This year was the 4th time we have rented this house. It is the perfect location for all the things we love to do. Riding our side by side in the desert, visiting with friends, dining at restaurants located on the Colorado River.The Hillcrest Bay subdivision is a very quiet neighborhood. And is very convenient for going on walks."

"House has an amazing view of river and surrounding hills. Much thought has been given to the outdoor appeal. Enjoyed watching tv in evenings and gazing at sunset from porch. Very private and quiet. The home inside is arranged for family and offers tv viewing for every member with own set. My favorite is the rainfall showers. We went for relaxing getaway. People with water and sand toys have everything to enjoy in surrounding area."
