Connecting the building is an partially roofed outdoor terrace which is about (63 sqm) provided with a 3 burner gas stove, barbeque grill, tables & chairs, a stainless steel food warmer, tiled counter top for outside cooking.
Beneath the terrace is a parking apace for 3 vehicles, another 3 vehicles outside, and more space at the front of the building.

Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen & dining and outside kitchen work area, stairwell, and foyer, well maintained, clean, no smell, very spacious, no unpleasant smell. Dining, kitchen well equipped with dinnerware, glassware, kitchen ware & tools. The welcome staff are courteous, helpful, informative. Replaceable gallon of drinking water is available. No dishwasher but we are used to washing dishes by hand; they have provided dish soap, dish wash sponge & dish brush. There is a washing machine, and a combo washer-dryer (washer is broken). Anyway we did not use the machine due to short stay we had. Overall it is the place we stay, the kind people especially Preciosa and staff, made our vacation wholesome and worry-free.
