It features a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious, comfortable sofa bed in the living room. There is also a separate living area, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with capsule coffee maker and ceramic hob. The living room and bedroom have air conditioning and heating. Enjoy Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, video on demand, washing machine, dryer, baby crib, and beach towels. Self check-in is available for your convenience.



    Relax on a private covered terrace, an open terrace, and a balcony with sea, mountain, and Teide views on clear days. There is also a grassy area perfect for yoga, relaxing, or working outdoors.



    Street parking is available in a quiet area, and public transport is nearby. To access the home within the residential complex, you only need to climb a short flight of about 10-15 steps (fewer if you use the other entrance), a minor detail except for guests with reduced mobility.
