"The lady on the front desk is so welcoming. The restaurant and bar staff are eager to attend to your needs, however, the sheets in the bedroom are very very old and stained. I had to request new sheets but they looked the same. The bed runner and decor cushions were absolutely filthy. "This place is amazing, the service was exceptional from arrival to departure, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. The food was excellent with good choices for both breakfast and dinner. I would truly recommend this bungalow if you are ever going to Kandy. "

"The room was excellent clean and tidy, but our room was just above the dining/ restaurant area they had loud music on from 7am which woke us up, the location is super with great views, we wanted to try catch of the day (fish) meal. Waiter told us it will take 25min but took an hour, but wasn't sure if it was fresh or frozen, lovely staff, and good location with great views. "
