Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of fruit, salad, cheese, bread and eggs, each day was slightly different from the day before, it came with water and coffee. "My husband and I loved our stay at GAIA Alaçati. This is a small boutique hotel with an eye towards design, offering a minimalistic yet comfortable vibe. The staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast is an amazing spread of flavors and offerings, all locally produced. It is just off the Main Street of restaurants and shops, but far enough that we weren’t bothered by the noise. Be sure to stop in the small gift shop attached, with ‘all things olive’ related. "
