Sit yourself down next to one of the park's ponds and you just might catch sight of one of the freshwater turtles that inhabit the park.Another major draw to the park are the many cultural events and concerts held here, such as the Independence Day fireworks spectacular in July or the enchanting Lantern Floating festival in May. The combination of fantastic facilities and beautiful natural surroundings mean that parking in the area is at a premium on weekends and during the tourist season but there are regular bus routes from downtown that allow you to avoid the traffic and make the most of your day in paradise!
