"We stayed at Ajman Hotel for a family vacation and had a wonderful experience. Our family travelled from different countries — I came from Canada with my wife, my sister from Germany, my other sister from Jordan, and my brother with his family from Abu Dhabi. We booked three rooms and enjoyed a great stay together. On the first day, we had a small issue with room availability as we requested a room with two beds, and my room’s washroom needed better cleaning. The staff responded immediately by replacing items, fully sanitizing the washroom, and arranging a temporary two-bed room for my sisters. The next day, they moved us to a proper superior two-bed room. Their quick action and professionalism were impressive. The cleanliness of the hotel is truly top-notch. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly, pools are always spotless, and staff work overnight to maintain the property. We were amazed to learn they even fly a hawk to keep birds away, keeping the pool and beach areas very clean. Reception staff were respectful, welcoming, and extremely helpful. We also tried jet skiing, and the safety and guidance were excellent. Towels were always fresh and available, and the pools were perfectly warm. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and relaxing vacations. We will definitely return. "
