A very special shout-out to Ally, the pool assistant, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable — and when I accidentally left behind my sunglasses case by the pool, the team personally made sure it was found and returned. The Bay View Lounge was another highlight — a perfect spot to unwind with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and gorgeous views. And of course, the service was outstanding.
