"My FIRST and LAST time I will make any reservation though Hotels.com, worst experience ever, I have never stayed at the hotel because I had an accident in the road, so I had to cancel my tirp, when I contact the hotel to reschedule my booking they told me I have to contact Hotels.com in order to change the dates I tried everything to reach you I couldn't I Called on overseas Call and waited for 30 minutes no answer... "Had it not been for all of the loud children who were screaming and playing all night until after 4:30 am, this would have been a peaceful stay. There's no complimentary breakfast (we were told at reception) despite it being advertised- so don't get your hopes up. Be aware of mosquitos! There were a few in our room."
