"No towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. the staff member were extremely rude. it took the staff members five hours to get a towels and toilet paper. also they were doing construction on the floor above us around 12AM we could not sleep. "

"New property I understand. - water taps had to be run to flush out brown water that had been stagnant in the pipes. Should’ve been done before we checked in. The washing machine ruined ihram garments. Wi-Fi not available in all rooms even with a booster. Property manager dealt with initial concern however did not fix full coverage. "Spacious rooms. Close to the new extension and tiled courtyard area Breakfast and dinner were worth the price for convenience as there are not many shops close by for food. If you eat out you will end up buying from places which are about a 10minute walk away and it'll cost around the same as the hotel food. Friendly staff, check in was quick and staff were always willing to help. Good access to lifts. My only issue was that the adhaan was not audible from the room. Also, as this hotel is away from the clock tower, although it is still very busy, you are away from the rush at prayer times. It was nice that they had complimentary coffee and dates after each prayer. "
