"The hotel is a large resort with three pools and beach area. Very clean rooms. AC worked well. Two pillow choices which I appreciated. Mini fridge in room is nice to keep water cool. Loud music at one pool, which I don’t like, but the other adult pool is calm and quieter. Nice kids pool area. Buffet breakfast was a huge selection. Very nice. Close to walk to mall (across street), restaurants and stores. Safe at night. "

"Pros: The room at the Redcon Suites was very clean and had a nice calm decor. The AC worked well, the bed was firm and comfortable. Location was walkable to several restaurants. Multiple taxis in the area so easy to grab one to get to the Marina. It was quiet in the hotel. They stored our bags for a couple hours the following day since we didn’t have to be to our next stop until after 14:00. The staff is there 24 hours for check-in, although the listing on Expedia says only staffed until 21:00. Cons: The comforter on the bed was a little too heavy for the climate and pillows were very full and firm- a softer option as well would be nice. The water pressure in the shower was super low. No one returned my messages on booking site for weeks until the day before. Overall our stay met our expectations and we would return to stay again. "

"This is a great budget option for an all in-inclusive resort in the heart of Hurghada. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was built for European guests. There are two pools available for lounging and access to a mini-beach if you feel like some time at the sea. While not as luxurious as other resorts, this is a solid choice for the price."

"We stayed at this hotel for the New Year , accommodation was a chalet , basic but clean . The beach area is well equipped with sun beds and canopies, possibly may be a bit overcrowded in peak times. daily food options were good with a moderate selection, The New Years gala was absolutely amazing, the staff were working so hard preparing for the event in the run up setting up the pool area , the array of food was out of this world ,like a banquet for a king. Staff were very friendly and wanted to engage in general chit chat , they also appeared to take pride in their jobs , whether they were gardening, cleaning or waitering, visited the on site spa twice , facilities were ok , however the massages were brilliant both times . Hotel is situated on a busy street with plenty of tourists shops, harbour is a short walk and has plenty of restaurants and a nice view. Overall for what we paid we had a nice relaxing break and would revisit but not at peak time. "
