"The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. He did not realize that I understand the local language and was rudely talking about me to another staff complaining about me eating a snack in the lobby area. I also...

"la prestation proposée ne correspond pas à la réalité. L'état général de l'hotel est déplorable. Informations mensongères. Plage trés éloignée et difficile d'accès. L'appartement sale, état quasi insalubre, matériel inexistants : micro onde ? seche cheveux ? produits hygiène. Je déconseille fortement cet hotel piscine = sale catastrophe, à fuir de toute urgence"

Most places I stay make breakfast available by at 6:30; here, 7:00, which is inconvenient for earlier flights out or meetings. Certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but not 4-5 star quality. "The room was a really great size, with two balconies. The value was excellent and the hotel had an ideal location, with it being walkable to the beach. The staff were excellent, particularly the young guy who checked us in and out. He was friendly and was very helpful! We would definitely come back"
