"I've booked a ground leveled chalet and they told me that all were booked and they assigned me a fourth floor chalet a few days before my checking in. I booked this chalet with a Wi-Fi service and I figured out that there's no Wi-Fi and I had to use the roaming service which was very poor as it's provided by the local company and they charged me $15 a day for a very slow dial up kinda internet service. I've noticed a few roaches in this chalet as well. Communication wise, they are using pre-paid...
