Friendliness and attentiveness of staff was exceptional.

We have been staying at the Palazzo Versace Dubai for the past 14 nights, and due to unexpected flight cancellations, we’ve extended our stay for several more nights, and honestly, that says everything about how exceptional this hotel is. The location is excellent, conveniently situated along Dubai Creek, with easy access to major attractions, while still offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. From the moment you enter, the cleanliness and attention to detail are immediately noticeable. Everything is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly reflects the luxury standard the hotel represents. What makes this place truly special is the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to Katrina and Rabab, who have been incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed and cared for. Housekeeping has also been exceptional. The room is serviced twice daily, with the sheets perfectly arranged, fresh spring water provided, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear they take great pride in their work. This has been a wonderful experience during a stressful travel situation, and the Palazzo Versace team made it comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was very nice and friendly, we had half board and every single day they tried to charge us extra for food for our 11yo although upon reservation we said it will be 3 adults and a child ,obviously you need to provide the age of a child when booking and to their

The staff were all lovely. We arrived and our room wasn't ready, we were given complimentary access to the lunch buffet while we waited and the food was lovely! We used the pool, and watched the sun set over the city. The room was spacious and the little kitchen would be great for long stays or larger families. Only downside was we heard everything in the room next door, not sure if this is normal or they were just super loud.
