Al Khobar Apart Hotels

"فندق ممتاز جدا غرفة واحدة ولكن حجمها كبير جدا ضيافة عبارة عن شاي احمر راقي .... شاي اخضر راقي ... اصابع سكر وملعقة ... غلاية ماء ... كذلك متوفر بعض الوجبات والحلا والشاي والقهوة بأسعار جيدة ... كل الشكر .... "

"We ranted 3 apartments Place not clean well, also the staff was Unprofessional!!! Any things requested from reception can not provide. - I contacted them 2 days before check in date to have all three apartments close from each other, they confirmed this request in last day than suddenly once we reached to hotel they change them !!! There was Egyptian guy in reception with zero customer service experience, I asked him to provide more keys for the apartment since we are 6 person, his reply...

"funny as it may seem, It´s one of the closest hotels to Dammam airport. It´s very nice, staff is very welcoming and I was upgraded to a much bigger room. However, hallways have tiles instead of carpet and are vey wide. The noise coming from people walking, talking or handling trolleys is very loud and kept me from sleeping early for a vey early flight."

"شقق كانت جيده سابقا، الان النظافة دون المستوى ولايمكن اعتبارها شقق فندقية، ومن ناحية ثانية قامت الشقق بالغاء حجزي قبل الوصول باسبوت مع اني حجزته منذ حوالي شهرمماا ضطرني لإعادة الحجز بتكلفة اعلى. "

"Even I got a confirmed booking from expedia, when I reached the hotel they informed me it's already full even before the time I made my reservation. Also, I found a guy in the same hotel faced same issue I experienced from expedia. Unfortunately, I used the chat support, but their reply was "we can't help you with that"! "

"The acommodation is far from hotel service We were three persons, it was suppose to be furnished appartment but we got One tea spoon for all of us One fork for all of us One glass for all of us No knife One towel for all to use ( hotel policy) Reception very far from friendly and you should speak arabic to communicate No cleaning during your stay The Reception has no control on the screen to see the booking, he use whats up to chat with the owner who from his side (home) confirm your check in...

"Location excellent , quite clean beach . Management give access to people not staying at the resort to use the beach which makes it crudely. They charge/ person so they get more. When you call for service no body answer after working hours . No body come to pic the garbage "
