Outdated but maintained hotel

The hotel is clearly outdated but reasonably maintained. Rooms are far different from what you see in pictures. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the aircon was amazing. I think it’s equal to two or three stars max.

فندق جيد جيدا ولكن

الفندق جيدجدا، ونظيف جدا ، ولكن عندما قدمت اليه كان هناك مشكله غريبه أني حجزت من خلال موقع hotels سويت مع افطار وقمت بدفع كامل المبلغ قبل ان احضر ، وخلال استلام المفتاح ابلغني موظف الاستقبال ان الحجز فقط سويت من غير إفطار، وأخبرته ان حجزي شامل الافطار واطلعته على إيميل التاكيد ورفض وقال لي يجب ان أتواصل مع موقع hotels , والمفروض ان يقوم الفندق بعمل هذا كخدمة للعميل ولكنهم للأسف لم يفعلو ورفضو تماما وأصبح التعامل معي كأني اطلب شيئ ليس من حقي او لم ادفع ثمنه مع أني اول ما دخلت الفندق كان التعاملات رائع من الفندق ولكن عندما حادث معي هذا الخطأ مع انه خطأ موقع hotels اختلف التعامل، اضطررت للتواصل مع المواقع والاتصال مع hotels على رقم في بريطانيا من هاتفي الشخصي واستمرت المكالمة لأكثر من عشرين دقيقه ، وبلأخر انا تحملت خطأ الموقع وعدم تعاون الفندق معي ، وبعد عدة مكالمات وبعد ساعه من الانتظار تم حل المشكله، مع انه من المفروض بفندق بهذا المستوى التعاون والمساعده وليس الانتظار ليقوم العميل بحل المشكله بنفسه.

الفندق جيد بالنسبة للشكل والطراز .. يعيبه اغلاق الشوارع من حوله.. كما ان مواقف السيارات B2 تحديداً غير مناسب للسيارات العالية الارتفاع ولا توجد لوحات ارشادية بذلك... حيث اصيبت سيارتي بجروح كبيرة نتيجة التمديدات الخاصة بالتكييف لنزول السقف مما ادى الى التصاق سقف سيارتي بتلك التمديدات وتضررت بشكل كبير ! وسيارتي جديدة لم يمضي عليها اكثر من 6 شهور... وطالبت الفندق بالتعويض وانا بانتظار ردهم ؟ حيث لم تضع ادارة الفندق اللوحات التحذيرة لهذا الامر! وادارة الفندق عندها الموضوع وانتظر ردهم... علماً ان رقم غرفتي 716 الفترة 14 الى 16 /9/ 2016 ... لذا ارجو من موقع هوتيلس دوت كوم متابعة موضوعي لاهميته...

+ve : Clean Hotel, friendly and sincere staff , good location, very good furniture and decoration, excellent spacious room are as all rooms are actually suites, free and clean parking area, breakfast was good but limited, however they can provide you with unavailable items if you request -ve: check-in took very long time where only one receptionist was available to serve 2 check-ins and 2 check-outs at the same time beside answering the phone every 3 minutes, no porter available to take the luggage nor take them to your rooms until I asked for, I found dead cockroach in the bathroom and the toilet bowl was occluded and needed plumber to fix it, the house keeping staff were sincere, friendly but very slow in responding to my requests,
