needs improvement of food and Internet

Nice hotel but two things have to be improved before I can call this good hotel: 1) kitchen food selection and quality is very, very poor, chicken/beef meat is dry, soups are cold, more variety is needed as it is terrible to eat whole week the same meals 2) Internet access has to be improved. It is very annoying to login every day when you stay the whole week

Room, barhroom, really nice and modern. Buffet breakfast was very good. Out on its own a bit, but perfect if you have a car.

Best in Jubail

This is my go to place in Jubail, been there several times and have enjoyed the trip always from check in to check out. The staff is friendly, the rooms are super comfy and the food is good as well.

Disappointing second stay

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel, but this time in a standard room. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and hard and there were no toiletries in the bathroom when we arrived. We had to ask twice for someone to deliver them to our room. When I checked in, the male receptionist was very cold and somewhat rude. I wasn’t told anything about the property (exp. cost of room, breakfast, services available, time of checkout- NOTHING!). I felt like he had an issue because I am a woman checking in (husband was in car with baby at the time preparing to come in). I asked about the Radisson Rewards program and he rudely said he’d check and when we finished the whole encounter, he brushed me off with a rude, “I’ll check!” and there was never any follow up. Quite disappointed because this was very different from our first stay at this hotel.
