Location is excellent, a short few steps to the lake front with its restaurants and shops. A five-minute walk along the lake shore pass Hotel du Pac takes you to the beach (shingle) and swimming area or walk south along the promenade all the way to Bardolino. The bus station is 5 minutes away.

"This hotel is in an excellent location with the lake and the facilities of Garda town. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The rooms are basic and they took our towels and didn’t replace them and when we spoke to reception they said we could pay €5 for the use of another one
The upkeep of the building is a health and safety risk as the paving stones are broken around the pool.
The pools are great and the view is nice. The metal steps to get out of the larger pool were rickety
There is no air conditioning or coffee in the room
We had a step up to the bathroom which was dangerous
It is only 7 minutes from the main road however it’s up hill on the way back so not great if you hv bags or elderly people
