Location is excellent, a short few steps to the lake front with its restaurants and shops. A five-minute walk along the lake shore pass Hotel du Pac takes you to the beach (shingle) and swimming area or walk south along the promenade all the way to Bardolino. The bus station is 5 minutes away.

"What a lovely hotel to stay in, we were really lucky to have side lake view rooms which had great views!
The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are very helpful. The pool and area around are perfect!
Bike hire for 5 euros was great and a ride to Bardolino is a must! Afternoon tea at 4 every day is a great added extra!

The complimentary drink on arrival on the gorgeous terrace is a memory I will never forget.
Our room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. However the best part was the balcony and the view. It was spectacular. Overlooking the lake and the beautiful well maintained gardens and pool area. Truly gorgeous and relaxing. The breakfast had everything and plentiful. The evening meals were the best restaurant food in Lake Garda. The restaurant terrace was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing and the staff were very attentive and friendly.
You must go to the Gala night!!! It was amazing food and entertainment.
The location was perfect and just a 4 minute walk to the centre.

"Lovely hotel, I just had a poor experience for a number of reasons.
Just had the car washed, and on arrival I was told the paved carpark (which was half full) was reserved for the restaurant…guests had to park down a gravel track in a gravel carpark, car was filthy in the morning.
Got to the room and it stank of bleach (literally burning my nose), had to air it out for a good 30mins to make it habitable.
The WiFi signal did not reach my room…so no WiFi.
On check out, the staff member who directed me to the car park the evening before, kept asking me why I did not have a parking ticket (with the gate code to get out)…probably because you did not give me one?
It’s a stunning hotel in a great location, enjoyed it otherwise…but the above issues spoilt the experience. "
"This hotel was absolute perfection. A quaint lake hotel. Rooms were classic lake, but updated as needed (hotel has an elevator which is clutch for bags). Restaurant was amazing - with a complimentary breakfast. Truly an amazing experience. Easy to get to other spots around the lake via ferry or walking path as well. "
