Avoid like the Plague if you have other options. They scammed and gave a studio room with city view instead of the reserved Sea view studio. The Hotel and rooms are dated and aeging. The bathroom tiles were cracked. Found 1 housefly in the room when we checked in and had to kill it by hand. The balcony glass door are unclean and curtains torn. The breakfast is sub par with only a single item changing everyday. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are kind and courteous. Only their Premier apartment bedrooms and most highest paid rooms have sea view apparantly. Disappointing and Appalling state of affairs.

I loved this hotel. The staff were polite, welcoming and very helpful. The room was cleaned multiple times without even requesting. They anticipated our needs in advance and made sure we did not lack. Breakfast was delicious with so many choices to pick from.
I was especially moved when they delivered an extra bed so my two girls did not have to share a bed. This was not billed at all. I wish the hotel staff in America could emulate their colleagues
