The staff. Everyone was a different level of hospitality, very impressed. Jericho in the restaurant had a smile on his face every minute of the day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Housekeeping staff for room 508 were superb, 11/10. Reception staff so helpful as well as concierge. Chefs in the restaurant were so friendly, patient and helpful. The standout of this hotel was how excellent the staff are.

Very nice resort! Modern, beautiful, aesthetically pleasing. Large territory, 85 m long pool, private beach... SPA, yoga and meditation free classes. Two restaurants with amazing food. Golf nearby. Definitely will be back

"I stay at 100s of hotels every year. This one easily is in my top 5 worst stays. I arrived to the hotel to find out that the parking spots are all taken, the staff and the supervisor are not helpful at all, I could probably get more help from a concrete wall than from the staff.
