"Hotel was overbooked. Receptionist didn't care and said he did not recognize our booking until we showed him proofs upon proofs that we had made a booking. AC remote control was broken. Towels were provided upon request and even though they were wrapped in a laundry plastic they smelt pethatically bad."

"Pros: This is a very nice hotel and it is very well priced. The interior and exterior are clean, the hotel has nice curb appeal and the staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel is in an area with a lot of construction going on, but there is plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking or driving distance. "Unbelievable, dont be fooled on the 6/10rating. I entered to a room w a historical ac which is broken i mean literally broken from comprtement air leaking. They suggested sheets are cold which is fun as well but it was wet. No English speaker, even goodle translate i couldnt tell enough of my problem. After half an hour struggles i left premises and go for another hotel at 9.30 pm "
