Twice a day, every day, without fail, they checked the ship’s status and updated us with calm precision and genuine concern. It never felt procedural. It felt personal. This was, without exaggeration, possibly the finest customer care we have ever experienced. World class is an understatement. This was hospitality elevated to an art.
