"We stayed in this hotel a few days before this booking and everything went well. This time unfortunately the room had very strong cigarette smell, the staff was very unhelpful, unresponsive and barely looked or talked with us during check in or in other moments. Other than that, it is a good hotel with comfortable facilities and good breakfast."

"Though the room was tight, it had a good bathroom and comfortable beds. Breakfast good and many options including eggs to order, with attentive staff. The gym was one of the best in any hotel. Location is near the Caspian Sea and a large grocery store, as well as several types of restaurants. The main negative was that we had no AC in the room. It took a long time to understand why, but we finally understood that we were there during transition season when the AC is not yet available. The staff brought a couple of fans and extended our time before checkout, but it was not so comfortable in a western facing room."

"I loved staying here in Aktau. The staff was so kind and the room was beautiful. Looking out at the sunset over the Caspian Sea on the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. I needed a visa to Azerbaijan printed out and the front desk was happy to oblige. I think Aktau is a great place to visit and recommend more foreign tourists make it a priority. You will have a great time here and the people are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you "
