"We had a very great time. Overall customer service was very great. Also the food was very good. Only point is that there was no air conditioner functioning in the room. When checked with reception, the answer was it's controlled centrally and turned off due to winters. The issue is if someone needs air conditioner they should have the option to turn it on in the room and it should not be centrally controlled. Other than air conditioner, it was a very great experience."

"Everything so good"

"I went to Greenwood Suites with my boyfriend for 6 days during the middle of October. We had a lovely time! The staff were so lovely. The room was stunning.It was my birthday and when we came back from a day out, I found a birthday cake, champagne and fruit in the room along with a birthday card and a towel bow on the bed. It was little touches like this that made our visit so memorable. I highly recommend the day trips from the hotel. Every day there was a man in main reception who could tell you all about the trips and take bookings. We did one full day trip which was €50 per person and included entrance to the lower and upper Dudan waterfalls, a jewellery outlet, Antalya centre and a boat trip on a pirate ship which was absolutely amazing! We didn’t actually go on the waterpark as it was so busy when we went and there were a lot of children, however the indoor pool was lovely and warm. The outdoor swimming pool (the one without the slides) was absolutely freezing though! The shuttle bus to the beach can get very hot and busy but we found that it was a very reasonable walk to the beach once we knew the way! The beach itself was lovely. There was food from 12-4pm (chicken nuggets, burgers, chips, salad, ice cream and steak) and a bar at the beach. There were a few stray dogs on the beach which was sad to see. Lots of shops and enormous shopping bazaars nearby! The food is good, although do be aware that they do not cater to allergies/ intolerances/ cross contamination. "

"Staff are really welcoming, respectful and polite. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathroom area is spacious and clean. Re-stuffing is awesome and regularly every day. Housekeepers are polite and respectful. "

"It was a little noisy at the front of the hotel due to passing traffic, but on the second night they kindly changed my room to the back of the hotel where it was quiet. Young lads run reception and they are helpful and respectful if you need to ask them anything. Breakfast let the hotel down but I let that go as the rooms are spotless, large and modern. The hotel is right on the shopping parade so great for shops with easy bus routes. I'd stay at the Alice again. "
