Expedia evidently only left one option for a room, a room that was not particularly quiet; a room that was downstairs and for handicapped accessible without a tub. I will never use Expedia again!

My room number was 101 which was next to an exit door so it was a little loud sometimes. The room was clean. The most memorable experience I had during my stay was an older woman that was handling the breakfast area in the morning. She was so hospitable and very kind. She made me feel like I was at the Ritz Carlton. She is an asset to your hotel!

Great hotel with a good hot breakfast with several choices of foods. Ashley at the front desk was really great, and the other staff we encountered were very good as well.

Friendly staff and convenient location
We were visiting for a few days to check out Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Hotel is conveniently located near the highway with several restaurants and a Walmart nearby for groceries. All staff members were very friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and clean-if you can book the King Suite for the same price it's a great value. Breakfast was great and included waffles, eggs, potatoes, etc. Nice selection of self-serve coffee and tea. Only suggestion I have (and this is more of an industry-wide issue) is less single-use waste at breakfast. All the single-serving utensils, cups, bowls, etc. produce a lot of waste. On the positive side it was nice to see the hotel using refillable pump dispensers in the washroom.

It was lovely. A long trip of traveling and visiting. This was our last stop on our trip and it was by far the best place we stayed. Clean, friendly staff, easily accessible, lots around, great to our older dog. All around we were so pleased to end our trip on a high note.

Toilet needs to be higher. It was very, very, very low and my wife and I found it to be quite inconvenient. I also would appreciate grab bars in the shower. We did not feel comfortable showering and found tub somewhat slippery.

Our trip was lovely. Everything was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was our first stay there on 9/20, the shower drain was completely clogged.
