"This is a GREAT location to everything. The staff were all very nice. We ate at Oma's restaurant and were very pleased with our dinner. The rooms were nice and clean. Really the only negative thing I could say is the beds are old spring mattresses that could be replaced. Squeaky and not very comfortable."

"This was an extra nice hotel.Besides having coffee and hot chocolate available they also had fruit like oranges,bananas and apples always available. They were very friendly and check-in was a breeze. Loved having a kitchen in my room and a walk in shower. You won’t regret staying here. I will be coming back to this hotel whenever I’m back in town. Breakfast was really nice with so many different options that other hotels don’t have."

"It would have been a perfect getaway but I experienced severe leg problems. The resort was very nice about my 3am cancellation. I definitely will return when I can walk with ease. I learned that Bay City Michigan is a happening town. Great restaurants, people watching, coffee shops, very well maintained gardens and sidewalks No litter, anywhere. They have a cool Italian and Polish. Great place for families and sinkk"

"This Bay City location has the BEST staff of any hotel we have booked. They were kind, courteous, professional and responded immediately to any request, question or issue we brought to their attention. Staff rates 10 out of 10! It appears this hotel has recently been sold and the on site GM and maintenance director were let go soon thereafter. The overall hotel and our room were clean, neat but needed attention to replacement/maintenance issues. Our room's carpet was damp and musty..black stuff was coming up to the surface. It may be the carpet was cleaned (SOAKED) and not properly allowed to dry..whatever, we reported it to the staff and they responded best they could. Hopefully, new ownership will give the upgrades, attention and assistance this staff needs and deserves!"
