Wonderful stay in the heart of Ajaccio

Highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay at Rodolphe’s apartment. He is a generous, informative, and communicative host. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, perfect location in the heart of the city, and is stocked with everything you could ever need for your stay and more. Would happily return.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, es hat wirklich alles was man braucht (inkl. Sonnenschirm, Strandmatten und Strandtücher).Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Die Lage ist an der Hauptstrasse, daher schon etwas laut (aber wenn man das im Voraus weiss, kann mann sich ja darauf einstellen .Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen!

Ajaccio centre hors saison

Très bon accueil de Rodolphe. Appartement fonctionnel, son intérêt majeur étant sa situation en plein centre ville, près des ports , de la gare , des nombreux bars et restaurants, excellente boulangerie en face de l’immeuble. Cinéma immeuble voisin., parfait pour des citadins pas pressés qui veulent profiter de l’ambiance de la ville , hors saison donc avec essentiellement des locaux très aimables. Au cœur du plus bel Ajaccio, nous avons adoré ce joli logement, atypique et cosy. Tout est à portée de main : plage, mer turquoise, commerces, animations locales et promenades diverses. Rien ne manque et tout est pensé pour permettre de passer les meilleures vacances qui soient ! Notre Hôte, Rodolphe, est très accueillant et bienveillant. A l'écoute, il est à disposition pour prodiguer conseils et astuces pour trouver les adresses incontournables de l'île. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir, alors : A prestu !

Idéal en tous points

Situé idéalement près de la vielle ville et de la mer, parking à 100 m. à pied (35€ pour deux nuits et une journée). L’appartement est quasiment neuf et absolument rien ne manque. Les fenêtres donnent sur l’artère principale d’Ajaccio mais les double vitrages coupent le bruit. Rodolphe est plein de prévenance et a donné plein de conseil pour faciliter notre séjour. En bref, ravis de notre séjour dans son appartement !

Rodolphe et sa maman ont mis tout leur coeur pour proposer une habitation très bien équipée, décorée avec goût. Tout est neuf et propre. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison ! La localisation est top pour découvrir Ajaccio et le reste de la Corse.

Schlechte Nächte wegen Straßenlärm und Kneipe unter der Wohnung

Die Begrüßung durch den Eigentümer war überaus freundlich, er schickt vorab einen mehrseitigen Informationsbogen zu allem, was man wissen muss, insbesondere auch zu den vielen elektronischen Geräten in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, allerdings liegt sie direkt über einer Kneipe, die bei unserem Besuch bis nachts um zwei Uhr mit Freischankfläche geöffnet hatte. Die Gäste und die Musik von unten und der Straßenlärm machen Nachtschlaf relativ schwierig möglich. Ansonsten ist die Lage perfekt, wenn man einen Parkplatz gefunden hat, muss man das Auto während der Zeit in der Stadt nicht mehr bewegen.

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire Rodolphe qui a vraiment le sens de l'accueil. Très bon logement situé en centre ville proche de toutes les commodités, excellent confort et très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, doté d'un petit balcon très appréciable. La climatisation est également un gros plus. Une formidable adresse pour passer de très bonnes vacances et découvrir la Corse.

Nous recommandons à 200% Petit appartement très agréable, très bien optimisé, agencé et décoré ! Il a ultra bien équipé, c’est impressionnant, le propriétaire a pensé à tout, allant des serviettes et tapis de plage, parasol, des pastilles de lave vaisselle et de machine à laver au presse agrumes électrique… Parfaitement situé, en plein centre d’Ajaccio pour visiter et faire des courses - proche de parking si vous ne trouvez pas de place et le propriétaire vous donne également des infos sur les places de parking et leur prix…

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement au cœur d 'Ajaccio.

Nous avons adoré cet appartement, au cœur d 'Ajaccio. Rodolphe se met en quatre pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux (idées de sortie, panier d accueil). Superbe rénovation de l appart (clim appréciée, literie excellente dans la chambre, un peu plus ferme dans le séjour, double vitrage efficace car sur une rue très passante). Tous les commerces à pied. Le stationnement est payant dans la rue mais pas très onéreux.On reviendra avec grand plaisir.
