For hikers, the ridge path is accessible 10 minutes on foot on the heights near the house for a hike to the Sanguinaires Islands.
All water sports are offered on the various beaches and bus stops are 5 minutes away. There is a small shopping centre with supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, hairdresser, supermarket near the house.
You will have private parking for 2 cars.
The house is high up with two terraces and has a plunging view of the sea and there are stairs to access it. Go through the front door you access the ground floor where there is the main room which brings together the living room with a large sofa bed for 2 people and a small one for one person. The living room is also equipped with a large wall TV screen all Netflix channels ..., a coffee table as well as an open kitchen completely renovated in 2024 with a dining table for 6 people. The crockery is complete and new for your stay. This room is fully air-conditioned. Also on this floor is an air-conditioned bedroom with views of the maquis through a window with blackout curtains for light, it is equipped with a double bed in 180 cm, large Netflix TV screen and a wall cupboard with shelves, next to it is a laundry room equipped with a dryer, a washing machine and shelves for storage as well as a toilet with small window view maquis. The balcony is equipped with a small lounge for admiring the scenery and lounging as well as a table for 6 people and a barbecue/gas plancha.
To go downstairs there are spiral staircases and you access a small corridor that leads to a second fully air-conditioned bedroom with sea view and access to the second balcony still facing the gulf it is equipped with a large Netflix TV screen. and 180 cm bed for 2 people., you can also feel like you are on a boat from the bed, bed linen is provided for both bedrooms but not towels, it is possible to have a pack for 10e on request. There are blackout curtains so as not to be woken up by the sun. There is in this room a chest of drawers for storage and a large wall cupboard with shelves and wardrobe, There is a bathroom with also sea view as there is a bay window, it is equipped with an Italian pebble shower, a toilet and storage. Small soaps and shower gel are provided as well as shampoo. The balcony is equipped with an indoor bike to pedal facing the sea and the orange sky during the sunset, as well as a sunbed, there is access to a small garden that surrounds the house.
The area is very quiet, there are no noises and you can admire the starry sky.
The residence gives you the impression of being in a small Corsican village.
The city of Ajaccio is very close and 10 minutes by car it offers you all its riches with to visit Napoleon's house, Napoleon's cave, the cathedral of Ajaccio, the city museum with all its works and so many other things.
The nightlife is very attractive whether in town or in the different straw huts on the road of the bloodthirsty 10 minutes away by car where parties and parties are numerous. Like dancing with your feet in the water at the Scudo until 2 am or at the Kos magnificent establishment with Dj known every evening. You can also access the south bank with the boat shuttle and thus be able to go to other beaches and beautiful places such as Porticcio which has a summer nightlife with all its nightclubs and small restaurants. You can also take the little train to be able to visit it is located on Fosch Square in the city centre.
