I am a silver, almost platinum, Hotels.com member who generally benefits from an upgrade which Campo dell'Oro has provided me in the past. Not the case this time as I was on the railroad tracks side. The first room smelled too much of moisture so I asked and got a different room.

Hotel splendide, service parfait et tarif DE L'ETABLISSEMENT tres raisonnable. Mais RESERVEZ en direct en appelant l'etablissement a Ajaccio, car HOTEL.COM rajoute plus de 50% de frais, ce qui est inadmissible !!!

Enjoyed our overnight stay at the hotel. Our room was very spacious and although it was next to the railway line this didn’t bother us at all. Food was lovely and well priced and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was the glass bricks between the bedroom and the bathroom which meant I was woken by the light when my OH used the bathroom during the night and vice-versa. An issue which I’m sure could be easily solved and it wouldn’t put me off from staying there again.

disappointing

Our stay was very average, with low staffing, air conditioner not working in the room. we had to keave the door of the balcony opened but it is by the freeway, sp very noisy. No refrigerator in the room, safe did not work. Staff not friendly nor very hrlpful. We will not return to this hotel.

Malheureusement une odeur d’urine en chambre nous a obligé à quitter l’hôtel !!! Nous a été proposé une bombe spray anti-odeur, sans efficacité. ….. Même fenêtre ouverte impossible de dormir … La piscine a ouvert avec 40 min de retard (nettoyage) et il n’y avait pas de lait au buffet petit dej …. Pas top … … 1 ère expérience ebookers … 😔… J’aime pas laisser des avis négatifs … mais là … compliqué de faire autrement !!!
