Located between the sailing club and Rowing Beach, magnificent 4 bedroom villa 600m from Lake Bourget, enjoying a view of the Dent du Chat. With its capacity of 8 people maximum, everyone will appreciate their space. Very nice mezzanine to relax after skiing, a cure or coming back from swimming, overlooking the garden.

Nice large property and garden in quiet area just 5 minutes walk from the lake and 40 minutes walk into town. 4 double rooms but a rather strange layout as 3 are interconnected so you have to walk through one to get to another. 2 big bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs but sadly could not be used as the plug didnt work in one and the buttons didnt work, hence just had to shower with a hand held hose. Also one room has a good en suite shower. Kitchen area spacious but a bit under equipped to do any serious cooking. Towels are provided but are just hand towels. The handle on the front door was also faulty and we had trouble locking the main door. As we were not couples, we asked for some single bedding to make up the futon but the owners were not willing to do that and the replies were a little abrupt and unhelpful. Therefore overall a 3 star experience...ok but room for improvement, especially for the money.

Fijn huis met veel ruimte, leuk dat het ingericht werd aangepast aan de kerstperiode. Lekker warme vloerverwarming. Keuken (kookplaat) is wat verouderd. Jammer dat de 2 baden er niet erg hygiënisch uitzagen. Goede douche. Leuke ligging dicht bij het meer.

Bonne Maison et Grand Jardin au Calme

Près des plages et de l'esplanade du Lac sans voiture. Excellent Marché couvert au centre d'Aix avec voiture, beaucoup de Producteurs locaux et même un Pêcheur local. Manque d'assiettes, de casseroles, de linge et serviettes de maison. Télé travail sans problème.

Très beau séjour dans cette belle maison. A 7 nous avions largement de place et en plus le jardin est grand aussi. Mis à part l'absence du lave - vaisselle il n'y a rien à dire uniquement que les seulement 5 min de marche pour aller au lac sont un vrai plus pour ceux qui aiment se baigner dans une lac absolument extra. La "Riviera des Alpes" porte son nom au délà du marketing à juste titre. :-)

belle maison de vacances, excellente situation près du lac avec un grand jardin où les apéritifs ont été animés! seul bémol pas de lave vaisselle et linge de toilette insuffisant. ( professionnelle du tourisme toute ma carrière) Mais pour nous tout était parfait, les propriétaires très agréables.

Très belle maison, confortable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison était bien confortable, spacieuse et moderne. Seul bémol, pas de lave vaisselle, et les équipements de cuisine sont un peu vieux, il faudrait renouveler une partie.

Superbe maison

Très bien située, cette maison est superbe, bien agencée, spacieuse et bien décorée. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et répondent très à nos demandes. Le jardin est très calme et sans vis-à-vis grâce aux haies. Quel plaisir d’entendre le chant des oiseaux ! Le lac à proximité offre de belles balades. A recommander sans retenue !

Maison très agréable et idéalement située

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison d'Anne qui est d'une propreté irréprochable et confortable. La maison et surtout le jardin sont extrêmement agréables et adaptés aux enfants en bas âges (nous étions avec nos deux garçons de 4 et 2 ans). Le jardin est joliment arboré et permet d'avoir une table à l'ombre pour manger à chaque repas. La localisation est idéale, à 5 min à pied du lac, et le voisinage est résidentiel donc la maison est au calme. Merci beaucoup à Anne et François pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.
