They need to do better.

Second time we stay there in 2 years checking in 2 minutes later people are fighting in the lobby like last time no manager in the evening for check-in plus the bathrooms are poorly cleaned I guess for being Morocco it's as good as it gets for the price. Shame Moroccan hospitality is the best in the world but apparently not at the Radisson.

Loved it but check in and check out take way to long and it always seems like there’s always a problem at the front desk. Other than that it was really nice and a great experience. They just need more staff for check in and check out.

Comfortable hotel

It was very comfortable. I want to stay at this hotel again. I think it will be a better hotel if the following things are improved. 1. The pool area guard is working properly. 2. Cool juice, white wine, and water and serve them to customers.

We have stayed in many hotels in Morocco along our route. The check in was incredibly slow, the food was terrible. They lost our car keys. Areas are left dirty particularly the toilets.

Terrible service

Check in took 3 hours. When we got the room, the aircondition wasnt working, and the shower broken. I called reception 6 times, but they never sent anybody to fix it. The breakfast didnt have a variety of options. The buffet at the main restaurant costed 300 dirham pr. Person if you did not buy all inclusive. The other 2 restaurants were for special guests only, so we could not eat there, and we never got an explanation regarding what special guests where. Nice looking hotel, but terrible service.

We got at the radison at 2pm which is the early checking time there was only one girl at the reception and so many families waiting, we got the keys at 3.30 When we got to room AC was not working the next day I went to the reception to ask for another room or quick repair they said don’t y worry we will send u a techniacian right away the techinician showed up at 2 am I was in deep sleep, he finally could not fix I buffet was horrible not enough staff no one to seat u no one to bass the tables I had to spend 45 to find a table and find someone to clean it The pizza was scarce my Daugherty had to wait 30 to 45 min to get a slice of pizza the food in general was tasteless The staff was not friendly one train driver was so rude He didn’t want to give me a lift but he took other family while I was waiting super rude Very poor customer service overall

Personeel zeer onbeschoft en onbetrouwbaar. Er lagen geen handdoeken op de kamer. Receptie 9x gebeld, zij beloofden de handdoeken te komen brengen. Na meer dan 5 uur wachten hebben ze geen handdoeken gebracht. Eindstand receptie loog en was onvriendelijk. In dit hotel zijn er 89 mensen in het ziekenhuis opgenomen door voedselvergiftiging vanuit het buffetzaal ontbijt en diner.
