Ich war vor 3 Jahren in dem Hotel und es war für die Verhältnisse gut , aber dieser Jahr war es eine reine Katastrophe, ich habe 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln müssen , im ersten war der Spiegel kaputt und das Bad nicht sauber und kleine gelbe Flecken auf dem Bett , im zweiten Zimmer waren die Betten voll mit gelben Flecken , an der Rezeption sagte mir das wäre normal das käme vom waschen , dann der Tresor in allen Zimmer gesperrt , habe gefragt das man ihn mir öffnet der Techniker ist beim Mittag kommt danach zu mir warte bis heute noch und habe bereits ausgecheckt , nach dem ich mich beschwert hatte guckte mich jeder schief an und wollte nicht mehr mit mir reden oder sich um die Probleme kümmern , beim Frühstück bat ich um Butter aus der Kühlung da diese wo da lag schon geschmolzen war und warm und schon von morgens an da lag , als Antwort bekam ich was mit der Butter wäre , des wäre normal soll mich nicht so anstellen ab da wurde man nicht mehr von den Leuten im Restaurant begrüßt , alles in allem sehr schlecht , fragte nach dem Fitnessstudio mir wurde gesagt funktioniert alles außer das Laufband , alle Geräte sind kaputt bis auf eins , der Raum der Geräte stinkt nach Schimmel und alt und staubig kein Fenster keiner lüftet oder saäubert es dort , beschweren hoffnungslos das war das letzte Ma in dem Hotel

Personnel accueillant et serviable, j'avais eu une chambre côté piscine bruillante, j'ai demandé le changement de la chambre, ma demande étais satisfaite sans problème le lendemain, hôtel bien situé, calme et offre une belle vie et de la sécurité, ce que je recommande vivement de rénové un peu certaine choses, frigo qui marcher pas, WC à entretenir, et un peu de traitement anti fourmis surtt pour les chambre en RDC, un hôtel avec haut potentiel et bien situé vous offre un agréable séjour malgré les petit soucis qui peuvent être facilement règlé..bonne continuation

Vorig jaar verbleven wij ook al in dit hotel! Ik had toen ook het e.e.a. Gezegd over dat niet echt schoon is op de kamers en dat het vreselijk stinkt naar sigaretten rook in het hotel, en dat is nog steeds helaas.

Nonostante l'hotel si presenti come 4 stelle, non ci si avvicina neanche un po'. La maggior parte del personale parla solamente arabo, è scortese e assolutamente impreparato. Siamo arrivati mezz'ora dopo l'apertura del check-in e abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di mezz'ora per avere le chiavi della camera, una volta arrivati al piano ci siamo resi conto che le pulizie erano ancora in corso, le ragazze sono uscite lasciando il pavimento completamente bagnato e dimenticando di lasciare gli asciugamani. La camera presentava diversi difetti (lampada rotta, muro rotto...). La cena è una presa in giro, le proposte dello chef sono un'insalata, un primo, due secondi e un dolce, la "carta" è un menu da bar con cibo preso probabilmente da un bar vicino. La colazione è abbondante ma non di qualità come ho riscontrato in diversi riad "senza stelle", ovviamente immancabile la signora delle pulizie che bagna il pavimento nel momento di maggiore affluenza. Il servizio bar è terribile, così come la piscina molto sporca. Insomma, non consigliato.

Propreté à revoir pas de clim ainsi que la wifi inexistante piscine jaune et jai demander à m'entretenir avec le responsable pr faire une réclamation il est parti se cacher derrière la piscine alors que j'ai payé 117 euros la nuit !!!!

Check-in dauert richtig lange. wir haben ein Zimmer mit Verbindung zum zweite Zimmer gebucht wegen Kindern), wir haben aber zwei separates Zimmer bekommen Zimmer ohne Klima, ohne TV, ohne Licht am Bett. der Gast muss nach die Mängel im Zimmer hinterher laufen. Kinder haben in 30 grad im Zimmer geschlafen, und als ich gefragt habe, wurde mir gesagt "für eine Nacht, kann man aushalten. Frühstücksbuffet Katastrophe, fehlt an allen ecken und kanten.

El hotel está bien, la habitación era buena pero nos la dieron muy tarde, tuvimos que esperar muchísimo aunque se portaron bien y cuando la recibimos la limpieza dejaba que desear. Para colmo el WIFI no funcionó en la habitación ningún día por mucho que reclamamos.

Via expedia gereserveerd en alsnog ruim 4 uurtjes op onze kamer moeten wachten en dat met 3 kleine kinderen van 4 jaar, 3 jaar en 5 maanden oud. Zwembad waar wij specifiek voor hebben gekozen oogt op een modderbad. Lift deed het niet terwijl we kamer op 2 hoog hadden. Nadat we erom vroegen werd het aan gezet. Geen warm water in de kamer. De kamer had volgens hun zeezicht. Maar wij kregen tralie zicht met enkelt een raam. Service is waardeloos en al onze klachten werden niet serieus genomen. Koffie krijg je bij het ontbijt uit een miezerig goedkoop koffie apparaat en smaakte nergens naar. Wij hadden voor 2 nachten geboekt en zijn uiteindelijk na 1 nacht gillend weggerend!! Hotel souani bedankt voor het verpesten van onze dag!! We konden pas om 8u in de avond onze kamer in en hebben hierdoor niks aan onze dag in alhoucima gehad.

Dirty and unpleasant

It took us 19 hours to get to this hotel, after we got here they charged my husband and I for two rooms and the price had changed. Once we got to our room there was throw up on the hallway floor and our room was very dirty from the bathroom to the curtains. I really do not recommend this hotel to anyone Especially if you are traveling from the states. It’s not worth it. Please don’t waste your time or money.
