The living room has 1 sofa bed for 2 persons, a flat screen TV and gives access to a big terrace with South exposure (snow removal not supported).
The kitchen, small and old, is equipped with a microwave, 2 electric hotplates and a top fridge.
The bathroom consists of a bathtub and a non independent toilet.
