The staff were excellent - everyone was kind and switched to English when they saw me struggling in German. The room was spacious and clean. I loved how close it is to the airport and the availability of the shuttle service. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was good,clean and the shuttle to and from the airport was a good bonus.

Location is good nearby S-Bahn and Tram stations. The room was clean, breakfast was nice, and helpful staff. Good value for money.

The rooms were very basic, no telephone, no coffee kit, no amenities. Definitely lacks a car off loading luggage area in front of the hotel. This was very confusing; we received a traffic fine within minutes of stopping to unload the luggage.

Not sure if $22 euro breakfast worth it. I’d skip it. I wish AC could be adjusted to make the room a bit colder. Also, they should allow for room service not every 3 days but a bit more frequently or depending on individual situation. Other than that, it’s great.
