"All food service staff seems to be in a transition where no-one really knew what was going on, not well trained or managed restaurant/bar staff. Most seemed very new to service. Prices were outrageous $32 burger. On the other hand, others when encountered included the front desk, security, outside, housekeeping, valet were all fantastic, and very customer friendly. I would stay there again, but would visit the other restaurants in the area much better value."

"Clean room. Bed was just ok. Breakfast was awful. Room was cold which made food cold. Biscuits were hard on outside but when you cut it it crumbled. Grounds in the coffee. Creamer was watered down. Eggs no taste. Saturday morning Breakfast ended at 9:30am. Way too early."

"My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. I ended up having to clean parts of the bathroom myself, which was very off-putting. The room itself was not terrible, and the hotel has a modern look, but the lack of cleanliness made it hard to fully enjoy the stay. Also, there was no microwave in the room, which was inconvenient. I will say that every staff member I interacted with, including the front desk staff and the housekeeper I encountered while leaving, was very kind and pleasant. Customer service was not the issue at all. I did take photos because the condition of the bathroom was surprising compared to what I expected from this brand."

"There were no blankets on the bed. Only a sheet and a thin spread on top. I asked at the front desk for one, she looked and came back and said there were none. I ended up going into my car and using my camping blanket. The towels were thin and scratchy, something I would use to wash my car. I don't expect luxury when I stay at a hotel, but this was way subpar."
