We were traveling with our child and 2 small dogs to Aiken and only needed to stay one night. We wanted something that was clean, quiet and allowed pets. This fit the bill and based on reviews was a decent place. We were not disappointed... the check-in was super smooth especially considering the later hour were arrived. Front desk was very friendly and eager to please. The lobby was clean and tidy, lots to convenience items for purchase as well. Our room was a double queen with living room. It was very clean, two TV's, a mini fridge and coffee maker. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The A/C was quiet yet noisy enough to appease our need for white noise at night. It was quiet and we were able to get a good night sleep. I would absolutely stay here again and high ly recommend!

The hotel is nice. Rooms clean. Friendly staff. Down side, they do not offer a free continental breakfast. For the price they should!

The bathroom was not very clean and it was in desperate need of maintenance! The to holder fell off the wall and the shower head in my accessible room 307 was so bad it soaked the floor I had a hard time getting out. And then no one to get any more towels either. Then I went to tell them the next day when I checked out but again no one at the desk . Couldn’t wait all day to speak to someone!

lots of restaurants and shopping areas. everything was convenient and easy to walk or drive to. The Hotel was very clean and nice. Breakfast was good.

Mold in the AC, dirty rooms.
Dirty sheets, and mold in the AC (picture is attached). Hotel toilet seats were leaking, floor, chairs, and walls were stained and peeling, especially in the bathroom.

The furniture in the room was very beat up and shabby, seams in the wood coming apart significantly. The restaurant was closed saturday night, and had to laugh in the morning that the typically always free hotel breakfast was $9. And at prime breakfast time there were a total of two tables with people eating, where there would have normally been a full dining area. I'm sure the missing diners, like us went elsewhere.

We only stayed one night to pick up our new puppy nearby, but we really enjoyed our stay. The agent at the desk was very pleasant and helpful, and the hotel is clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

It was great. We had a little issue with the AC and the day that we checked out, the elevator wasn’t working. So, we had to haul everything using the stairs from the the third floor. Fortunately, there was a guy that was working there that helped.

The only problem I had with this hotel was the mattress should have been replaced a long time ago. I had family in other rooms and those beds looked much more comfortable. Otherwise this is a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff were very nice and pleasant. I was able to cancel without incident because of an emergency situation that arose. I especially enjoyed the grits at breakfast.

Nice place and clean. I would like to notify Hilton to consider changing the very uncomfortable chair that is in the room. Consider replacing it with a chair with a higher back/headrest.

Make sure Elevator is Working!!!
I will never stay at this hotel again! The elevator was not in service.A friend and I went in on this room together.Along with our daughters. Which were there for softball tournament.They put us on the 4th floor or with no elevator! Tried to cancel our room because of the elevator situation.But was told since i booked though 3rd party. They could not refund room.I would have to go though hotels.com for refund.So reluctantly we check in. Had to lug all belongings up 4 flights of stairs.No one from hotel offered to help.By the time were in our room. Were hot sweaty and ready for hot shower and something cold to drink.My friend jumps in shower.I go find ice machine.To see its also out of order! I'd have to walk down another flight of stairs to get ice! (Maybe) if the 3rd floors ice machine worked! Decided to call for some to be brought up.Was told they was only person at desk and they couldn't leave front! My friend gets done with her shower just as disgusted as i was.She tells me the water didn't drain in the shower so she had to stand in her own dirty water to shower. So myself and our daughters didn't even have the luxury to shower. Had to stand in front of bathroom sink to wash. They only had towel set for 3 and not 4 as well. Call down to get towels and wake up call.Told them about or tub not draining.Was told someone would fix it following morning.While we left to go to game.Someone did come to our room i guess to fix drain.But,room was not cleaned or given fresh towels!

Customer service team was excellent, no complaints there at all. But the elevators were not working and coming in with hands full of luggage and no hand offered is a bit of a disappointment. The cleanliness of the room was less than great as well. They didn’t wipe down everything in the bathroom to start with and there were lots of stains left behind.
