"The room had everything I needed it was good that there was a fridge & complimentary bottled water. I was pleased there was a bath as well as shower. Room cleaned every day and when I got back it was immaculate. Breakfast excellent. Wide choice of hot and cold food it was delicious. Used the restaurant a couple of times on an evening and it was a good standard especially the asparagus starter! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Short walk to the tramway it was a perfect base for exploring Montpellier. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is basically a service apartment. It is very clean and nice historical building. The breakfast can be a bit more variety. The receptionists were helpful and nice. Thank you."

"A beautiful hotel located inside Aigues des Mortes. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The bathroom was huge and the shower was nice but it didn’t have handicap assist bars which made it difficult to get in and out of the shower. The desk staff wasn’t the greatest for a 5 star hotel, just doing the minimum and not offering anything in the way of suggestions of instructions for parking. The dining area and inside patio are gorgeous. Breakfast was mediocre but passable. Served at the table…. I had a pot of scrambled eggs, one piece of salmon, some fruit, and coffee. The fortress is very nice and the town is pleasant. Had nice meals in local restaurants and toured the area by jeep and got up close to the bulls and white horses. The tour was excellent. "

"Très bel hôtel à 1 minute de marche de la gare de Montpellier, 1 minute de marche de 4 lignes de tramway, 5 minutes de la vieille ville. Hôtel propre, pas trop bruyant, assez spacieux, machine à café."

"We just completed a marvelously pleasant stay at this hotel. We were finishing a one month circuit of western France and some of the hotels we stayed at were, well, kind of meh. This was a wonderful final stop. The hotel is linked via a parking deck which leads to a shopping mall, which leads to the Place Comedie which is the main pedestrian path in the old town center. Lots of activity and shops and side streets to explore! The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar which has a great view of the city. Pool was a bit cold but we braved it anyway. There is also a large hydro spa and steam and dry saunas. Great for relaxing after hoofing it around town. And the morning breakfast is fabulous with attentive staff that can figure out how to get you almost anything. Highly recommend and hope to return soon! Only negative was getting hit with a 40 euro cab fare after trying to walk it and getting a bit lost. Not the hotel’s fault, be aware it is an easy two stops on the tram if you are coming into the Gare St Rich train station!"
