"The Hotel is amazing a self check in hotel. Check in process easy and also check out process. It’s easy reaching customer service they are available like 24/7 and there’s immediate help. Only one thing it’s a little far in the area if you use public transportation and also I was to pay breakfast via my booking app but wasn’t offered the option and paying at the hotel was a little more. "Frühstück war bis 10.30 Uhr aber oft um 9.30 Uhr war vieles leer und wurde erst auf Verlangen aufgefüllt. Abendessen hatte ich einmal im Hotel daher kann ich es nicht richtig bewerten.

"Dont book through a third party website as you need a hotel issued bookijg reference to check in after 6pm as no human manned reception, only a computer on the putside of the building. We booked at 5pm. By 6.15pm we still hadnt got the correct booking reference issued by the hotel and had to call customer services. The email with correct booking code on didnt comw through u til after 11pm. Terrible service!!
Also some furniture on the room like the barhroom a inet, had the door broken off it when we arrived. Just looked a mess.
Lots of noise from other residents as the floor are wood so all the noises of footsteps and chairs being moved etc bangs through the floors."
