"Two couples stayed in this beautiful, spacious home in Salerno for three nights. Salerno was a fantastic base for our tour of the Amalfi coast and itself has lots to offer in restaurants, shopping and access to the ports along the coast. "The staff went above and beyond. We have been home for over 2 weeks now, and we still keep talking about how friendly everyone was at the Hotel. They were wonderful, from the minute we woke and had breakfast until we said good night. We literally felt like part of their family. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds are beautiful and so well-kept. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting the Amalfi Coast. Grazie to the entire staff! "

"I traveled with a friend and stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. Upon arrival, we were not greeted and had to wait before we were able to check in as the staff came out of the staff room after to support. After finally checking in and getting to our room, we discovered that the room safe was not working. I called reception, and a staff member came up to assist. However, he appeared unable to resolve the issue and informed us that someone else would come to inspect the safe, but no one ever showed up. We also experienced an issue with the bathroom, as the shower door did not close properly, which was inconvenient during our stay. Additionally, we assumed that the hotel had private beach access based on the information provided, only to find out later that it did not. This was disappointing and added to our overall frustration with the stay. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to maintenance, poor communication, and unmet expectations made our experience less enjoyable than we had hoped"

"Lovely hotel, nice rooms and amazing breakfast. My only issue was we didn't received the Supreme "Seaview" room that we expected based on the Expedia photos! We were on 1st floor corner where we had a view over the restaurant and treeline. When asked if we could move up a higher floor the young woman at reception basically said no, they are expecting more guests in for the Italian holiday and the other rooms are booked. While we arrived at 2 pm check in time it became clear that they were keeping the rooms with best view for the locals coming into town. And from we could tell the front facing rooms higher were empty until the day we left. This was disappointing as we didn't come all the way from Canada to visit Maoiri and look at treetops. An"

"Salvatore will welcome you like no other. He is a gem of a person and made us feel so welcome to Ravello and the Villa. The location of the Villa is incredible and the view is breathtaking. I think one of the best in town. You can see the neighboring towns and Villa Rufolo perfectly. The breakfast was a wonderful treat to wake up to, and extremely convenient. The staff is very prompt to take care of your needs, and Antonio is always available to help in any way. They work hard to make the guests feel comfortable. We will be back and we highly recommend staying here."

"A Magical Stay on the Amalfi Coast! Hotel Villa Fraulo in Ravello exceeded all expectations. The views from our balcony suite are simply breathtaking — the panoramic vistas over the Tyrrhenian Sea and the coastline are unlike anything I've ever seen. Waking up to that scenery every morning for four nights was an experience I'll never forget. The suite itself was incredibly spacious — well-appointed, elegant, and with the tower balcony adding a truly special touch. It felt like a private retreat high above the world. Ravello is the perfect base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, and Villa Fraulo's location on Via San Giovanni del Toro puts you right in the heart of this stunning clifftop village. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a romantic, luxurious stay on the coast."
