Holiday Apartment 'Ferienhaus Hofmark' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The holiday apartment Hofmark is located in Aicha vorm Wald and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay. The 65 m² apartment consists of a fully equipped living kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, dish towels and a sofa bed for one person, three separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, washbasin, washing machine, and dryer. The apartment accommodates up to seven people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, as well as a washing machine and dryer.



The holiday house features a private terrace, perfect for relaxing evenings, where smoking is permitted. Public transport is within walking distance. The Eging am See thermal baths, Pullman City, the city of Passau, and Vilshofen an der Donau are nearby. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Up to three pets are allowed. Parties or events are not permitted.



The property follows recycling guidelines; further information is available on site. It features energy- and water-saving facilities, and sustainable materials were used for insulation.



Please respect the quiet hours from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 22:00 to 07:00. Close doors and windows and do not leave burning candles or the wood stove unattended when you leave the apartment. A shuttle service to or from the train station is available upon request and for an additional fee.
