The flat is spacious and bright. Each room has its own bathroom directly connected to the bedroom.

The house is located in the middle of nature, 3 min. walk from the Oribarzar beach in Orio. A small sandy beach of about 160 m in length located at the mouth of the river Oria.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, coffee machine, hoover, iron and ironing board, all kinds of utensils and crockery. A large living room with access to the terrace.

On the upper floor there are the rest of the spacious bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom:
