My only small suggestion would be about breakfast. I missed having fresh vegetables available, and I think adding them would make the breakfast even better. "Centrally located opposite the bus station, but there was plenty of underground parking at the hotel too. My only criticism was the lack of soft lighting in the room - nothing was dimmable. If I'm being really picky a USB-C port at the desk would have been useful too! But it was a lovely hotel, the staff were great, and the room was spotless!"

"The hotel was very loud. Could hear everyone walking up the stairs, closing their doors. Sheets had foot/boot imprints on them. There was only 1 pillow for 2 people. Air conditioning also did not work, was quite warm."
