"There was No Reservation known online for me at the Hotel and there were Not seeing any Reservation. I Had to pay again with Cash, Hotel Said that they don't operate online. I was made to pay again by Cash. It will be nice to refund my Money Back ON my Account."

First was assigned the wrong room which they corrected, then they assured me of a refund and checked me out early due to an emergency then did not approve the refund through Expedia as was promised. Overall, the resort is beautiful and very private but out of town (about 40 minutes from Kisumu town)."
