"Nice big pool with beautiful view, but not enough sun beds. Bar by the pool has limited drinks to select from and no snacks to buy. Our room had no mirror and no shelf in the bathroom. But overall ok."

"I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The
spa
was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else.
Food
was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...

hotel fantastic. You are welcomed by the most friendliest concierge people. The room is clean and quiet. You have an array of delicious
all-inclusive

and drinks (alcoholic drinks of their local brands are included as well!). The walk to the old town is just simply calming and beautiful. It’s a 5-10 minute walk so the location is ideal. Parking is easy (paid 12levs). We will definitely be back! "
