"Hotels.com advertised the rooms as having heating but this was not true. No heating whatsoever so we had to request extra blankets as we were unlucky with a cold time in early March. Windows are not air tight and cold air was seeping in. Lighting in room is very dim at night time but natural daytime lighting is good. There was a lot of dead bugs near the ceiling. Breakfast was very good and included many options. Fruit for breakfast besides juice would be nice improvement. I was pregnant so the stairs were a bit tough for me but I went on them slowly, it is quite a lot of stairs if you have mobility issues. I liked that they provided free bottled water each day. The rooftop is beautiful and watching sunsets there were amazing!!! Hotel might be good for summer stays but do not recommend for winter / spring time visits. "

"Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming. we asked if a late check out was possible and they agreed, free of charge. Outdoor area was lovely, with a lovely pool. The hotel is licensed with a good range of drinks available. "

"Spacious rooms, Beautiful decoration However not recommend this place with a car. Parking is 11 minutes away cost 70. You have to drag your luggage through ragging streets. There is no egg for breakfast, you have to pay extra to get an egg, also pay extra to get another glass of orange juice"

"Best of the riads we stayed in while visiting Morocco. We drove a vehicle and parking was easy in large lot nearby. Visit the desk and a fellow with cart will help move luggage for modest tip into the walls of city. Room was the romantic suite and well worth the minor upcharge. They offered to light the fireplace, but we didn’t use it. There was a hot tub near the room that we took advantage of after a lot of walking. The hot tub was great during our January visit. Bed was comfy, towels soft, lots of bath products. This riad room had a tv (many don’t) which was nice to watch a little something while relaxing in bed. This was the only riad we stayed with a tv - didnt miss it elsewhere. Breakfast was also the best we experienced at any riad in Morocco. Good fruit, eggs, toasts, etc. I highly recommend staying here when in essaouira. If I am ever back, then I will not hesitate to stay here again. For questions on parking. The fee is like 30 or 50 DH per day, but they will hassle you for more. I just paid them versus risking less care for the security of my rental vehicle. You will get a receipt to display on dash and have coming and going privileges. "

"The room was nice and clean, with no dust or odour. The location is great with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The third-floor rooms don't have a balcony, but it didn't bother me. If you need the room with a balcony, it's better to contact them ahead. The breakfast is nice and freshly made, it is served on the rooftop. If you advised them, they could bring it to your room. "

"Lovely riad accommodation in a passageway just off one of the main streets in the medina at Essaouira. Breakfast in the central atrium was a lovely way to start the day. A relaxing place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Room was compact with two single beds but was an authentic road experience."
