TOO GOOD TO SKIP! This was the best choice we could’ve ever made when picking where to stay. We have been around different parts of PR a few times, but this was by far my favorite place we’ve stayed yet. As artists, this was the most beautiful and inspiring place possible. We could’ve stayed on the balcony for the whole stay. The hosts were so communicative and friendly. We were able to speak in English and Spanish throughout our stay. They made sure we were comfortable, happy, and safe. There are little bars across from the park, which was another highlight of the trip. Every point was perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

Puerto Rican property with wonderful local flare!

A very clean, modern, cute, nice property to stay in with local flare. Across the street from a beautiful little park and the beach. Minutes away from Crash Boat Beach! The manager and her representatives on-island were very responsive. Not for those with disabilities as there are several steps to climb to get up to the apartment, creating the nice ocean view from the bedroom.

Chris March 2016 Maria's place is in a great area. Her place is extremely clean and comfortable. The beach is down the street and great restaurants are just around the corner. Easy and quick access to the main streets to other areas. In the evening the area comes to life at the beach and there is lots to explore and enjoy. Maria and her team was extremely responsive to all our questions, and was very helpful, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free! Would highly recommend it for families

Great location- convenient to the best beaches. Unique neighborhood - walking distance to the square. Comes to life on Tuesday's with music and festivities - not to late thankfully - but quiet otherwise . Our whole family loved the location

Safety concerns

We couldn't safely access the apartment. The steep stairs are slick and have no railing in may places that have a 25' fall. Looks like building next door was demolished. Mattresses and old furniture scattered on the street and worried about parking car. May be ok as a bachelor pad area but not a family vacation. The apartment appears to be at the edge of an economically challenged area. The owner had invested in the interior of her place which is nice if you can access it. Unfortunately we are in disagreement on the tone of neighborhood and the major safety issue of the entrance so she kept our full rental payment even though we could not checkin. Beware until the staircase is fixed. I hope the posting will be adjusted to be more transparent.
