"Very old room. Need remodeling asap. "

"Nice pool - felt warm, cheerful pool bar staff. A little rowdy but fun. The walk to town is easily doable. Uber was reluctant to come to the hotel though. Really comfortable beds and nice shower. Parking was very easy. Huge, gated lot. Only complaint is there were brief power cuts 2-3 times a day. They lasted seconds but they made everything reset!"

"The word “villa” and “view” do not accurately describe this booking. The photos ave different then the initial room we got, we only moved rooms once we brought it up. Then were switched to a room that did have a similar layout to the photos, but no view at all, and was attached to another unit via a paper thin door that didn’t even sit flush to the floor. The kicker, there was a baby in the next room crying the majority of our stay. Hardly the “villa” with a biew experience my girlfriend and i thought we booked"

"The property needs a complete renovation, the staff needs to be trained, we had an issue with the bed sheets been dirty, we talked to the front desk person no apologies at all, the place has a lot potential, the location is great. "

"Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous. Even the "nature view" casitas can still see the ocean, and we loved having our own private pool, although the hotel pool is beautiful, too. The adventure experiences with Jorge were highlights of the trip—we did an ebike tour and learned how to eFoil on the river, neither of which we'd ever done before. The food at the restaurants was fresh and delicious, even though the service was pretty slow. I highly recommend the quick hike down to the beach, where you can crack open a coconut with a rock and drink the water while watching the waves crash along the rocks."
