PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Upon arrival at the modern Akragas Home 2 apartment, you’ll find:

A master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed featuring memory foam pillows and a mattress (top of the line); a double sofa bed in the same room; and the option to add a single bed, which is always available in the unit. The first bathroom is attached to the bedroom; although it is located outside the bedroom, it is separate from the rest of the home. The bedroom features two balconies overlooking the town centre and offering a glimpse of the sea, as well as a window that lets in plenty of natural light.

A second double bedroom, also furnished with a king-size bed featuring memory foam pillows and a memory foam mattress. In this room as well, there is the option to add a single bed, which is always available in the apartment. You’ll find a second bathroom attached to the room; this one is also separate from the rest of the apartment. This room features a balcony with a view of the city centre.

A very cosy kitchen-living room, furnished with a beautiful, spacious glass table and a smart TV where you can enjoy a convivial moment or relax with friends and family, as well as two balconies offering a wonderful view of Agrigento’s historic centre.
The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and everything you need to cook just as if you were at home!

A special feature of the house is the two full bathrooms, each with a spacious shower, bidet, and washing machine (the latter found in only one bathroom), as well as various amenities.

The two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room are completely separate and offer excellent privacy.

Both bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people in total (plus any infants who can be accommodated in the provided cot, which is always available in the accommodation and comes with sheets and a mattress for the child).

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heat pumps for the winter!

Upon your arrival, you’ll find your rooms ready for the night with high-quality, 100% cotton sheets and duvets that are completely hypoallergenic.

Inside the rooms, you’ll find: a complimentary welcome kit with shower gel, shampoo, feminine hygiene products, a shower cap, and hand soap; a set of three towels for each guest (large, medium, and small).

In the closets of each room, you’ll find: two sets of sheets, two pillowcases, and two pillows.
