"The hotel was clean and the room was ok. staff are good but the water/ coffee inside the room is not included. you are far like 30 mins from the old town, nothing is around beside 3 restaurant's on the beach,"

However, we had a major issue with a persistent sewer smell in our room. Although the staff made daily attempts to fix it, the problem was never resolved, and we were not offered a room change. When we checked out and asked to speak with a manager, no one was available. A few days later, the hotel responded that they had checked the room and found no smell, and offered us a discount for a future stay. Since we are not from Greece and do not plan to return soon, this solution is not meaningful.
