Offering 3 or 4 luxuriously furnished air-conditioned bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, two relaxation lounges one at each wing of the house. Stylish self-contained kitchen & extensive entertaining deck for alfresco dining.

The booking & rate( up to 7 people) is for 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms Only (up to 7 people) - if you require the fourth master king bedroom with ensuite to be unlocked please advise in notes at the time of booking, or call us, Extra rates apply for the 4th bedroom or above 7 people. ($100 per night )

This stunning beach house is positioned in the perfect location in Agnes Water for a fun filled family beachside getaway. Conveniently situated in the popular Jeffery court right alongside Agnes Water main patrolled surf beach a simple 100m stroll away, playgrounds & grassed bbq areas plus only a stroll to popular cafes & an award-winning restaurant.

Sleeping comfortably 7 people in 3 bedrooms or 9 people if the 4th bedroom is included ( a maximum of 7 Adults only is permitted) You must advise if 4th bedroom is required ( $100 per night)

A stunning property utilizing natural timbers, sustainably designed for capturing natural light, utilizing cooling sea breezes & modern in furnishings. The presence of the extensively spacious deck is divine for relaxation, alfresco entertaining or simply a nice area to enjoy each others company.

- 3 bedrooms include 1 Queen, 1 Double & 2 singles plus single trundle. 4th bedroom if booked is a King plus ensuite.
- Air-conditioning bedrooms & Free Wifi
- A versatile, spacious & modern streamline chef style kitchen including large family fridge freezer, dishwasher, sizable gas stove & oven. Fully stocked with essential kitchenware & utensils plus open plan dine area.
- Two luxurious relaxation lounge areas located on each wing both with TV
- These areas flow out to the stunning generous timber deck with BBQ
- The South wing provides the private air-conditioned master suit with King bed & ensuite (if booked)

- North wing includes another two spacious bedrooms, one with double bed suite & third bedroom with 2 single beds plus a child trundle. All air-conditioned

Perfection - almost!

The town of Agnes is like stepping back in time but this house gives you all the modern comforts. The perfect location, quiet but close to everything you need. Park the car and walk everywhere. Only downside was a few little things - no coffee plunger, no dishwasher tablet, no scrubbing brush and no cloth to wipe down the beautiful bench tops and keep the place clean. The local cafe in the caravan park is quite good though. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will be back (with my own cleaning supplies)!

Agnes Beach Stay

Our family stayed at this wonderful house for 4 nights. It is huge and lovely and only a block from the beach. When the weather wasn’t great we enjoyed the escape at this well-equipped home. Our kids particularly loved the toys and board games.
