The Property:



Metatulia 7 is arranged over two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.



On the ground floor, there is a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge with a Smart TV. The sofa can also be used as a bed for one additional guest.



On the same level, there is a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a separate shower and WC.



The upper floor features a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. From this level, guests have access to a beautiful private veranda furnished with a comfortable outdoor seating area. The highlight is the private jacuzzi, where you can relax while enjoying the wonderful views of the surrounding landscape.



Outdoor Areas & Private Pool:



The outdoor spaces of Metatulia 7 are designed for enjoying the Cretan climate throughout the day.



The property features a private swimming pool measuring 9.5 x 3 metres, surrounded by sun loungers and areas for relaxing under the sun.



Next to the house, guests will find a furnished outdoor dining area, comfortable seating and BBQ facilities, creating the perfect setting for breakfast outdoors, relaxed lunches or evening dinners with family and friends.



An outdoor shower and private parking are also available.

Metatulia 7 enjoys a peaceful countryside setting in the wider Sellia–Plakias area of southern Rethymno, combining privacy and beautiful natural surroundings with easy access to some of the area's most popular beaches and villages.



Souda Beach is approximately 1.3 km away, while the lively seaside village of Plakias is around 4.5 km from the property, offering supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shops and a long sandy beach. The traditional village of Sellia is also nearby and is well worth visiting for its authentic atmosphere, local tavernas and panoramic views over the South Cretan Sea.



The surrounding area is ideal for guests who want to discover the unique character of southern Crete, with beautiful beaches, traditional villages, scenic drives and impressive natural landscapes all within easy reach. A car is recommended to make the most of the area.



Metatulia 7 is located next to Metatulia 8, making the two properties an excellent option for larger families or groups travelling together who wish to stay close to one another.



At the same time, the outdoor areas of the two homes have been carefully designed to maintain privacy between the properties, allowing guests of Metatulia 7 to enjoy their private pool, jacuzzi and outdoor spaces independently and comfortably.
